As founder and CEO of RGN 7 Global Holdings LLC, Alvarez directs a diversified portfolio spanning entertainment, media, sports, fitness and wellness, intellectual property, and essential business services. His work is grounded in a long-term belief: culturally meaningful ideas become enduring assets when they are supported by disciplined ownership, strong operating systems, and purposeful execution.

Raised in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, and educated in Marketing and Communications at the College of Staten Island, Alvarez has built his career by connecting talent, brands, audiences, and communities. His experience ranges from major New York concert series and cultural festivals to artist development, media production, corporate strategy, and the creation of original event properties.
